As an aero-fitting, windproof, water-resistant, packable shell with light-reflective microscopic sphere particles, it's hard to overlook the Assos Equipe RS Clima Capsule Jacket as an essential piece of cycling kit to help you attack winter head-on. The upper half of the Clima features Assos' Silver Haze, a two-layer fabric with microscopic spherical particles that are highly-reflective when hit with direct light. And the lower half and rear panels use woven Yubari fabric that is soft and breathable to prevent overheating when you're pushing hard on the pedals. Assos takes it a step further and uses Push Pull fabric on the forearms — running behind the elbow bend — and side panels.
