A reinforced toe cap protects against rock strikes, and an EVA midsole and shank plate absorb impacts, provide stiffness for power transfer, and combine with Shimano's TORBAL 2.0 torsional midsole for excellent edge flexibility when cornering. A BOA dial closure system makes for an effortless and secure closure, and Shimano's Ultread GE rubber compound provides exceptional grip in cold and wet conditions.
