As a low-cut trekking shoe, the Puez is made for mixed mountain terrain, and it features abrasion-resistant uppers, proprietary PowerTex waterproofing, and a thermoplastic edging plate that balances stability with flex for both tough trails and fast hikers. It also features hemp laces and Salewa's unique Alpine Hemp midsoles, which combine hemp with recycled Salewa apparel for comfortable cushioning that's more eco-friendly than traditional EVA foam.
