Why We Like The North Face Arctic Parka
The North Face also offers little kids its do-it-all winter coat, the Arctic Parka. This parka doesn't cut any corners with its fully waterproof shell, light and lofty down insulation, and parka-length cut protecting our toddler from the wettest and coldest conditions that winter can throw at them.
