The 2-layer fabric completely shuts out the water to keep us dry, and the the DWR coating and the fully seam sealed construction ensure no water sneaks through. An integrated elastic belt allows us to get the perfect fit, while zippered inner-thigh vents allow us to let off excess heat when we are getting too hot.
