Salomon may have conjured up the perfect trail running shoe with the new Thundercross GTX. Like its cousin, the Salomon Speedcross, the Thundercross features a supportive chassis and deep and aggressive lugs that excel on tough muddy trails, and its GORE-TEX membrane provides all-weather, all-season protection against mud, rain, puddles, and snow. Unlike most Salomon trail running shoes, it features a low, 4mm drop and maximum cushioning for a more natural landing with plenty of shock absorption, so we can run or hike the toughest trails in comfort.
